The patterned kitchen garden photographed by a drone at Hovelsrud, an organic farm dating from 1840 on the island of Helgøya in Mjøsa, a lake in Norway. Each spring new patterns are created by setting up a grid of strings in the beds & planted with 19th-century vegetables & fruits.
